Ron Jensen

President and CEO

Ron Jensen is President and CEO of Paper Pak Industries. Ron joined PPI in 2003 and has brought considerable leadership experience to the Company.

While at PPI, Ron has driven improvement in sales and operations, along with a large expansion of new product development. With continued product innovation and international expansion, PPI is poised to be a category leader in its industry.

Ron's significant experience in devising strategy and building businesses in China, Europe, Mexico, South America and Asia as accelerated PPI's growth in global markets.

John Terrien

Vice-President, Sales & Marketing

A 17 year veteran in the paper and absorbent industries, John Terrien has played a key role in the development and commercialization of several industry firsts, including Paper Pak's UltraZap SuperSorb, UltraZapXtendaPak, UltraZap Alert, and custom shape absorbent pads.

In addition to leading Paper Pak Industries' team of Regional Sales Managers, John typically serves as PPI's project manager on customers' new product initiatives.

Sayandro Versteylen

Director, Advanced Technology

Sayandro Versteylen is an experienced food scientist that provides food processors with a keen understanding of how to best apply scientific achievements in the field of absorbent mediums.

Sayandro's eight years of technical and regulatory experience in the poultry industry includes senior quality assurance positions with two large processors. This real world experience enables Sayandro to lead new product initiatives in a practical as well as scientific manner.

Marty Michael

Vice-President and General Counsel

Marty Michael's decades of experience as in-house counsel for several Fortune 500 packaged goods companies has been instrumental in Paper Pak's ability to commercialize new, value-added absorbent products for the food industry.

At Paper Pak Industries, Marty manages all legal matters necessary to develop, manufacture and market new absorbent products.

Rich Beu

Vice-President, Engineering

Rich Beu, with a diverse business experience in the absorbent industry, is uniquely qualified to lead teams that develop new engineering initiatives and solutions.

Rich utilizes his thorough understanding of the PPI's operations - planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, product research and development - to efficiently commercialize innovative products for the absorbent market.
